To be included in a search for Agency Respite Providers in South Dakota

Current Agency Provider
If you are listed in the Dakota at Home Resource Directory and want to add “Respite” as a service, access your individual provider record and use the “Request to Update Provider Information” link towards the bottom of your provider details page.  Simply add Respite in the "Other Updates Requested" field to indicate you are a respite provider, and include information about the type of respite service(s) your agency provides.

If you are not listed in the Dakota at Home Resource Directory, please complete the Request for Inclusion Form, and use the "Description" field to include information about the type of respite service(s) your agency provides.
